Premier Puppy classes focus on building the foundations that make real-life training easier - better focus, calmer behaviour, stronger recall, loose lead walking, confidence, and engagement with you. In this course, we develop the core skills that underpin successful training: motivation, impulse control, clarity, emotional regulation, and a love of learning.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Bookings Full payment is required to secure your booking. By booking a class or appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Cancellations Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable, although sessions may be transferred at the discretion of Mother Nature's Dog Trainer. If I need to cancel a session, an alternative date or full refund will be offered. Health & Welfare Dogs attending training should be fit, healthy and free from contagious illness. Please let me know before your session if your dog has any medical conditions, injuries or behavioural concerns that may affect training. Owners remain responsible for their dog at all times during sessions. Ethical Training Practices Mother Nature's Dog Trainer is committed to using modern, reward-based training methods that prioritise the welfare of every dog. To ensure a safe and consistent learning environment, dogs should attend wearing a well-fitted flat collar or harness. Equipment designed to cause discomfort or pain, including slip leads, choke chains, prong collars and electronic collars, is not permitted during training sessions. Outdoor Training Training takes place outdoors in rural countryside terrain. Sessions will usually go ahead in typical/mild weather conditions. Please ensure you are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear. If weather or ground conditions make training unsafe, sessions are subject to being rescheduled. Liability While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe training environment, participation is at your own risk. Mother Nature's Dog Trainer cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage unless caused by negligence. Veterinary Advice Training advice is provided for educational purposes and does not replace veterinary advice. If your dog is unwell or injured, please seek advice from your veterinary surgeon.
